Business Development Executive - 3PL Frozen Warehousing & Cold Chain

About the role

A well-established and diversified UAE business group active in FMCG, food distribution, retail and logistics is looking for a Business Development / Sales Executive in Dubai. The role drives new business for frozen warehousing and cold-chain 3PL services, targeting food importers, meat, poultry and seafood distributors, dairy and ice cream buyers, and HORECA suppliers.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively acquire new business for frozen warehousing and cold-chain 3PL services.
• Promote and sell frozen warehousing solutions, including -18C to -25C storage, pallet-position utilisation, inbound and outbound handling and reefer transportation.
• Prepare competitive and profitable quotations covering pallet storage, handling, transportation and value-added logistics services.
• Own new-customer acquisition targets, contracted pallet volumes, tonnage and storage revenue.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of relevant UAE experience in 3PL frozen warehousing and cold chain logistics.
• Strong hunter mentality, with proven experience acquiring new customers rather than relying on existing accounts.

Required skills

• Solid technical knowledge of frozen storage operations, pallet capacity, warehouse occupancy, storage rates and handling charges.
• Ability to prepare profitable quotations and negotiate storage, handling, transportation, SLA, payment and contract terms.
