Business Development Executive – Education Partnerships

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic, relationship‑driven Business Development Executive to expand our network of educational partners across the UAE. The role focuses on building partnerships with schools, universities and other institutions to generate student referrals and support our growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and nurture partnerships with schools, universities and educational organisations.
• Meet with owners, principals, counsellors and university representatives to secure referral agreements.
• Identify new business opportunities and continuously grow the partner network.
• Represent the company at networking events, education fairs and industry seminars.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing partners and explore opportunities to expand collaborations.
• Provide guidance to prospective students and parents on study‑abroad options when required.
• Maintain accurate records of business development activities and achieve assigned sales targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of business development or sales experience.
• Prior experience in education consultancy, study‑abroad services, student recruitment or university admissions.
• Strong networking, communication and presentation abilities.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
