Transportation Services Manager

About the role

Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking a Transportation Services Manager to lead its Limousine Services team. The role oversees daily luxury transportation operations, ensuring seamless guest experiences at the upcoming integrated resort.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily limousine and transportation operations, including scheduling, dispatching, and route planning.
• Oversee vehicle maintenance, cleanliness, and readiness to meet luxury hospitality standards.
• Recruit, train, and supervise chauffeurs and transportation staff, conducting performance evaluations.
• Coordinate with Concierge, Front Office, and Events teams to align logistics and guest requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, fuel consumption, and service history.
• Monitor budgets, control expenses, and ensure compliance with local laws and hotel policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in hotel or luxury transportation services, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Valid driver’s license and strong knowledge of local traffic regulations.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
