Business Development Executive

About the role

Concepts 360 plus is seeking a proactive Business Development Executive to expand its client base in the IT, software, and hospitality sectors. The role combines sales expertise with digital marketing to identify new opportunities, generate qualified leads, and promote the company’s software solutions and IT services.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across IT and hospitality markets.
• Promote and sell the company's software solutions and related services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Generate leads through digital marketing, networking, referrals, and client meetings.
• Conduct product presentations and software demonstrations.
• Collaborate closely with marketing and technical teams to achieve business goals.
• Attend client meetings and site visits as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline.
• 2–3 years of experience in sales and digital marketing, preferably within the software/IT industry.
• Experience in the hotel and restaurant sector is a plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and business visits.
• Proficiency in Malayalam and English preferred.
• UAE driving license is an added advantage.
