About the role

We are seeking a dynamic, highly motivated Business Development Executive to join a premier corporate services and business setup consultancy in Dubai. The role offers strong growth potential with a lucrative commission structure for top performers.

Key responsibilities

Acquire new B2B clients interested in company formation and corporate setup in Dubai.
Provide professional consultation on UAE business licensing, Freezone, and Mainland setup.
Lead sales negotiations and successfully close B2B deals.
Meet and exceed monthly revenue targets.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree (mandatory).
Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales or Business Development; experience in business setup or corporate consultancy in the UAE is a strong plus.
Currently located in Dubai and available to work on‑site.
Fluent English.
Highly professional, presentable, and results‑oriented.

What we offer

Basic salary plus uncapped commission (earning potential up to 3× basic salary based on performance).
