About the role
We are seeking a dynamic, highly motivated Business Development Executive to join a premier corporate services and business setup consultancy in Dubai. The role offers strong growth potential with a lucrative commission structure for top performers.
Key responsibilities
- Acquire new B2B clients interested in company formation and corporate setup in Dubai.
- Provide professional consultation on UAE business licensing, Freezone, and Mainland setup.
- Lead sales negotiations and successfully close B2B deals.
- Meet and exceed monthly revenue targets.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree (mandatory).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales or Business Development; experience in business setup or corporate consultancy in the UAE is a strong plus.
- Currently located in Dubai and available to work on‑site.
- Fluent English.
- Highly professional, presentable, and results‑oriented.
What we offer
- Basic salary plus uncapped commission (earning potential up to 3× basic salary based on performance).
