Business Development Executive

About the role

Careers International is hiring a full-time Business Development Executive in Dubai within its IT Services sector. The role focuses on generating leads, converting prospects into long-term partners and meeting sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients across various industries.
• Generate leads through networking, cold calling, social media and attending industry events.
• Develop and implement strategies to approach potential clients and turn them into long-term business partners.
• Build and maintain client relationships through regular follow-ups, meetings and excellent customer service.
• Promote the company's offerings, including web solutions, mobile solutions and e-commerce services, tailored to each client's needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams so client projects run smoothly and clients are satisfied.
• Prepare and deliver professional presentations, proposals and business reports.
• Negotiate contracts, terms and pricing to close deals that meet client and company objectives.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activity and client feedback to refine sales strategies.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required profile

• Proven track record in business development, sales or a related field, preferably in technology solutions or e-commerce services.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field (preferred).
• Valid UAE driving licence (mandatory).

Required skills

• Strong networking skills and ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluent English (additional languages a plus).
• Solid understanding of market dynamics, industry trends and competitors.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, able to work independently and in a team.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion and presentation skills.
