Business Development Executive

About the role

Titan Digital Marketing, which serves UAE businesses with SEO, AI search visibility, website and eCommerce development, social media, Google Business Profile optimisation, reputation management and AI-powered content and video, is hiring a full-time Business Development Executive. The role is based at the Innovation City office in Ras Al Khaimah, with regular travel to Dubai for client meetings.

Key responsibilities

• Find businesses that need Titan's services in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Ras Al Khaimah, qualify them and book meetings with the Director
• Follow each opportunity through to a signed contract alongside the Director and hand new clients to the delivery team
• Work through LinkedIn, events, business networks and referral partners
• Keep a clear record of every lead and conversation

Required profile

• 2+ years in B2B sales or business development in the UAE, with a record of turning prospects into paying clients
• An existing network across the Dubai business community
• Habit of asking questions before pitching, so understanding a business before suggesting a service
• Clear, confident communication in person and in writing
• Experience selling digital marketing, advertising, web or other professional services in the UAE or GCC is a strong plus
• Comfort working to monthly targets and managing your own schedule
• Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage
• A UAE driving licence
