Business Development Executive

About the role

EchoNova AI builds Arabic voice AI covering speech-to-text, text-to-speech and voice agents, built in the UAE by Arab engineers and language specialists. It is hiring a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive in Dubai who will open doors and build relationships with banks, government entities and large enterprises, bringing EchoNova's voice AI into their operations.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify opportunities in target sectors across the UAE and GCC
• Run first meetings and live demos with senior decision makers
• Prepare proposals and support commercial negotiations
• Work closely with product and technical teams to match client needs to what is delivered
• Track the pipeline and report on progress, market trends and client feedback

Required profile

• Fluent Arabic and English
• Proven B2B business development experience, ideally in technology, AI, SaaS or telecom in the GCC
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Confidence presenting to senior stakeholders and handling objections
• Strong organisation, managing several opportunities at once and meeting targets
