About the role

We are looking for a Business Development Executive (Male) to support and grow our business. The role offers exposure to a wide range of client companies, daily learning opportunities, and the chance to make a tangible impact on our outsourcing and recruitment operations.

Key responsibilities

Support and drive growth of the company's business across multiple client sectors.
Contribute to the advancement of the outsourcing and recruitment services portfolio.

Required profile

Strong understanding of outsourcing and recruitment sales cycles, and experience dealing with top decision makers.
Valid UAE driving licence is mandatory.
Pleasant personality that creates a positive impression with clients.
2–3 years of sales experience in the outsourcing or recruitment industry.
Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
Age between 25 and 35 years.
Any nationality is acceptable.
Bachelor’s degree or higher education.
