Business Development Executive – Professional Services

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive to expand our portfolio of audit, tax, advisory and accountancy services across the UAE. The successful candidate will combine strong communication abilities with proven experience in professional‑services sales, especially in internal audit and advisory.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to promote tax, audit, advisory and accountancy services.
• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities for internal audit and advisory offerings.
• Build and maintain senior‑level relationships with corporate, semi‑government and government clients.
• Participate in networking events, conferences and client meetings to generate leads.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts and close deals while meeting revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate records of business development activities and produce regular reports.
• Collaborate with service‑line leaders to align initiatives with organisational goals.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends to uncover new opportunities.
• Support the digital marketing team with relevant inputs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Management, Finance, Accounting or related field.
• 6‑8 years of business development experience in professional services.
• Proven track record of managing senior‑level relationships in the UAE.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; bilingual candidates preferred.
