About the role
We are looking for an ambitious Business Development Executive to join our real‑estate team in the UAE. The role focuses on driving property sales and leasing, building relationships with buyers, investors and owners, and delivering excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with buyers, investors and property owners.
- Manage end‑to‑end sales and leasing processes for residential and commercial properties.
- Conduct client meetings, consultations and property viewings.
- Generate, follow up and close leads provided by the company.
- Stay informed on market trends and property inventory.
- Travel across Dubai and other Emirates as required.
Required profile
- At least 1 year of experience in real estate, brokerage, sales or business development.
- Currently residing in the UAE.
- Valid UAE driving licence and personal vehicle preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation and sales abilities.
- Comfortable working in a commission‑driven environment.
- Willingness to travel across Emirates.
