Business Development Executive – Real Estate

About the role

The Business Development Executive will drive growth in the UAE real‑estate market by generating new business and managing end‑to‑end conveyancing transactions. The role blends client‑facing sales activities with the processing of property transfers from contract to completion.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct external meetings and follow‑ups with referral partners each week.
• Identify, onboard and maintain relationships with referral agencies.
• Self‑source new transactions, generate qualified leads and meet monthly revenue targets.
• Manage buyer and seller conveyancing files (cash and mortgage) from contract review through ownership transfer.
• Prepare and review manager cheques, NOCs, liability letters and transfer documentation.
• Ensure full KYC/AML/DLD compliance and adhere to internal quality standards.
• Respond to client queries within one business day and advise on related services such as POA, wills, visas, bank account opening and company formation.

Required profile

• Target‑driven, self‑motivated and comfortable with client‑facing sales activity.
• Experience in the UAE real‑estate market with strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Familiarity with DLD processes, mortgage and cash transaction flows.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
