Business Development Executive – Restaurant Partnerships

About the role
The Business Development Executive will join noon Food’s new “Dine Out” initiative, driving the expansion of the restaurant partner network across the UAE. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Commercial, you will play a key role in acquiring and onboarding restaurants to strengthen noon’s dining‑out ecosystem.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, prospect and pitch potential restaurant partners in line with growth targets.
- Negotiate and close partnership agreements, ensuring smooth onboarding.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of leads and achieve high conversion rates.
- Represent noon Food as a brand ambassador, delivering a professional and positive image in the market.
- Track and report on acquisition metrics and initiative performance.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related discipline.
- 1–2 years of experience in hospitality, hotels or food‑and‑beverage sales.
- Valid driving licence and willingness to travel within the UAE.
- Strong communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment and work independently or as part of a team.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
