Business Development / Key Account Manager - Retail & Hospitality Tech

About the role

Almoe Digital Solutions, a major Middle East partner for audio-visual and IT business solutions, is hiring a full-time, on-site Business Development / Key Account Manager in Dubai. The role manages and grows strategic customer accounts focused on Retail and Hospitality technology solutions, including POS systems, electronic shelf labels, auto-ID and AI-enabled retail solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales growth for POS systems, ESL solutions, auto-ID solutions and AI retail solutions (computer vision, analytics, self-checkout, smart retail)
• Identify and secure opportunities with retail chains, hospitality groups, enterprise customers, system integrators and channel partners
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline across Dubai and the Northern Emirates, and manage the CRM pipeline
• Develop strategic account plans, grow existing relationships and act as the primary customer contact
• Conduct product demos, POCs and customer presentations, and negotiate contracts
• Coordinate with pre-sales, technical and operations teams for project delivery and resolve issues affecting customer satisfaction
• Analyze market trends, identify new opportunities and provide forecasts and reports to management

Required profile

• Proven B2B sales experience in Retail Technology Solutions
• Minimum 3+ years of UAE experience in Retail Technology Solutions
• Strong understanding of the POS ecosystem and retail workflows
• Ability to engage technical and business stakeholders
• Strong negotiation, presentation and closing skills; self-driven, target-oriented and proactive
• UAE driving license (mandatory)
