About the role

Our client, an advertising company based in the United Arab Emirates, is looking for a Business Development Manager to drive lead‑generation and performance‑marketing services for real‑estate agents, brokers, agencies and developers.

Key responsibilities

Generate new business opportunities and build a robust sales pipeline.
Conduct client meetings to understand needs and present tailored campaign solutions.
Prepare proposals, negotiate terms and close deals.
Maintain ongoing relationships and identify recurring revenue opportunities.

Required profile

3‑4+ years of proven sales or business‑development experience in the UAE.
Direct experience selling lead generation, performance marketing or digital advertising services.
Strong network within the UAE real‑estate market.
Demonstrated ability to manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
Professional proficiency in English and/or Arabic.
