Business Development Manager – Analyzers

About the role

Endress+Hauser is looking for a Business Development Manager to lead growth of its liquid analyzer portfolio in the Middle East. The role combines commercial acumen with deep technical knowledge of liquid analysis to expand market share across strategic industries.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for liquid analyzers, targeting water, wastewater, oil & gas, and chemical sectors.
• Define and execute go‑to‑market strategies for Memosens digital sensors, Liquiline platform and related solutions.
• Support the sales team with lead generation, technical validation, specification and commercial negotiations.
• Promote adoption of pH, ORP, conductivity, dissolved oxygen, turbidity, ammonium and nitrate measurement technologies.
• Analyse market trends, regulatory changes and IIoT developments to provide actionable intelligence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, chemistry or related field; business qualification is a plus.
• Minimum 5 + years in product/portfolio management, technical product marketing or application management within liquid analytical instrumentation.
• Proven track record of driving market share growth and supporting sales enablement.
• Strong commercial mindset with ability to build long‑term customer partnerships.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of liquid analyzer technologies and applications.
• Experience with Memosens digital sensors and Liquiline platform.
• Familiarity with IIoT‑enabled diagnostics and digital ecosystems such as Netilion.
• Ability to create technical sales enablement content, application guidance and value propositions.
• Competence in market sizing, profitability analysis and competitive positioning.
