Business Development Manager – BTL Advertising

About the role

Fire Fly Advertising is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive new client acquisition and revenue growth across its BTL advertising services in the UAE. Based in Dubai, you will work on‑site with a focus on FMCG, cosmetics, electronics and events sectors, turning market opportunities into successful brand activation campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and qualify new business leads in target industries.
• Develop and present strategic proposals, pitches and presentations to prospective clients.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing and service agreements.
• Coordinate with internal creative, production and operations teams to ensure flawless execution of campaigns.
• Maintain and update the sales pipeline, track performance metrics and produce regular reports.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and client feedback to refine service offerings.
• Represent Fire Fly Advertising at industry events, networking meetings and client gatherings.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, sales or account management, preferably within advertising, BTL or FMCG environments.
• Proven track record of generating leads, managing pipelines and closing deals.
• Strong negotiation, presentation and proposal‑writing abilities.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and client relationship management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced, on‑site setting.
