Social Media Manager / Content Creator

About the role

Swissulife is looking for a creative Social Media Manager / Content Creator to lead its digital presence in Dubai. You will be responsible for producing engaging short-form video content, managing social channels and driving organic growth.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and grow social media accounts across platforms, following a content calendar.
• Shoot and edit short-form videos and reels using a mobile phone and CapCut.
• Craft reels with strong hooks and storytelling that resonate with target audiences.
• Monitor trends, apply growth tactics and track performance with analytics tools.
• Report on content metrics and adjust strategies to improve reach and engagement.

Required profile

• Diploma, certificate or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications or related field.
• Mid-level experience in social media management and content creation.
• Portfolio showcasing managed accounts or produced video content.

Required skills

• CapCut video editing.
• Mobile phone video shooting.
• Short-form video creation and editing.
• Social media analytics and performance tracking.
