Business Development Manager – Cybersecurity

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive the growth of our cybersecurity portfolio across the UAE market. The role involves building and managing relationships with enterprise and government customers, and delivering end‑to‑end sales cycles for cybersecurity solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Drive cybersecurity sales and business development initiatives across the UAE.
• Identify, develop and qualify new business opportunities and sales leads.
• Build, manage and grow relationships with enterprise and government customers.
• Understand customer requirements and position relevant cybersecurity solutions and services.
• Manage the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation to closure.
• Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations and commercial submissions.
• Achieve assigned revenue and sales targets.
• Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain strong customer engagement while driving account growth and retention.
• Monitor market trends, customer needs and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

Required profile

• 5–15 years of experience in sales and business development.
• Proven experience within the UAE market, especially with enterprise and government sectors.
• Background in cybersecurity sales or IT security solutions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and business opportunities simultaneously.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, IT or a related field preferred.
