Business Development Manager - Cybersecurity & Networking

About the role

A results-driven Business Development Manager is sought to drive new customer acquisition and expand the company's networking and cybersecurity business in the UAE. The ideal candidate has a strong hunter mindset, excellent relationship-building skills and a proven track record of achieving sales targets in the UAE market.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new customers through proactive prospecting, networking, referrals and client meetings.
• Build relationships with IT decision-makers, procurement teams and key business stakeholders.
• Understand customer requirements and work with technical teams to propose suitable networking and cybersecurity solutions.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to proposals, negotiations and deal closure.
• Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline, update opportunities in Zoho CRM and meet revenue and gross profit targets.
• Work with technology vendors and distributors to find new opportunities and grow the portfolio.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and emerging customer needs to spot expansion opportunities.

Required profile

• 3-5 years of experience in business development or sales of networking and cybersecurity solutions, preferably in the UAE.
• Proven track record of acquiring new customers and consistently hitting sales targets.
• Good understanding of networking, cybersecurity products and IT solutions.
• Ideal candidate: proactive, self-motivated, target-driven, able to manage the sales cycle independently.
