About the role
The Business Development Manager will lead public‑sector sales for advanced AI‑based solutions in Dubai, driving revenue growth and building strategic partnerships.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve assigned sales targets and prepare quarterly sales reports.
- Gather market intelligence on tenders, incumbents, technology trends and price sensitivity.
- Develop a strong lead pipeline and select local business partners in coordination with the Director of Sales.
- Present GET technology to clients and partners through presentations, marketing materials and site visits.
- Establish and maintain relationships with government entities.
- Enter and maintain accurate data in the CRM system.
- Monitor government tender opportunities and advise on the optimal bidding approach.
- Conduct market due‑diligence to propose suitable local partners.
- Manage the bid process, providing pre‑sales support and timely hand‑over of tender information.
- Coordinate with Operations to transfer awarded contracts and project details.
- Maintain ongoing client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and identifying upsell opportunities.
- Represent the company at trade shows for passports and IDs and support product development in event organization.
- Perform any additional duties as directed by the supervisor.
Required profile
- Minimum 10 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in the public sector.
- Proven track record selling AI‑based, data‑driven or advanced technology solutions.
- Experience managing complex tender processes and government contracts.
- Strong ability to build and nurture relationships with government entities and local partners.
- Excellent reporting and analytical skills.
