About the role
STABO, a fintech platform that simplifies stablecoin payments, is expanding across the MENA region and seeks a Business Development Manager to represent the company on the ground in Dubai. This full‑time, on‑site role will drive new revenue by identifying prospects, managing the sales pipeline, and closing deals with SaaS, AI, and cloud companies.
Key responsibilities
- Prospect, qualify, and convert leads into revenue‑generating opportunities across target verticals.
- Represent STABO at industry events, conferences, meetups, and community gatherings throughout the MENA region.
- Organise and host STABO events, roundtables, and community initiatives to strengthen brand presence.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from outreach to close, collaborating with leadership to refine go‑to‑market strategy.
- Develop strategic partnerships with vendors, resellers, and ecosystem players to amplify market reach.
- Maintain strong client relationships and monitor market and regulatory trends in crypto and payments.
- Report performance metrics and forecasts to senior leadership.
Required profile
- Proven business development or B2B/B2C sales experience in fintech, payments, SaaS, or financial services.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong prospecting, pipeline management, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts related to digital assets, stablecoins, and payment flows in clear business terms.
Required skills
- Experience with CRM tools.
