Business Development Manager – Dubai

About the role

The Business Development Manager will lead the expansion of techcarrot’s IT products, solutions and services across the UAE market. You will identify new opportunities, build strong client relationships and close deals to achieve revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the IT domain.
• Conduct market research to understand trends, customer needs and competition.
• Create and execute strategic business development plans to meet revenue goals.
• Generate and manage a healthy sales pipeline through lead generation, networking and partnerships.
• Engage with potential clients, present tailored solutions and deliver demos, proposals and RFP/RFI responses.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals, consistently meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual targets.
• Maintain long‑term relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring satisfaction and identifying upsell/cross‑sell opportunities.
• Collaborate with delivery, technical, product and marketing teams to ensure seamless project implementation and provide market feedback.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration or related field (MBA a plus).
• 8+ years of experience in IT sales or business development, with a proven track record in the UAE market.
• Self‑driven, target‑oriented and able to work under pressure while managing multiple opportunities.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
