Business Development Manager - Gaming/Tech

About the role
This position is a remote Business Development Manager role focused on the gaming and technology sectors across the APAC region. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, while collaborating with creative, strategy, and events teams to deliver tailored solutions for globally recognised brands.
Key responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth by meeting sales targets for gross margin, client acquisition and conversion in APAC.
- Manage the end‑to‑end business development process: prospecting, outreach, qualification, proposal creation, negotiation and deal closure.
- Build and nurture long‑term relationships with gaming and technology clients.
- Conduct consultative discussions to understand client challenges and propose customized solutions.
- Work closely with internal creative, strategy and events teams to ensure proposals are innovative and commercially sound.
- Optimize CRM workflows, lead management and pitch methodologies using HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Represent the company at industry events, networking sessions and client meetings locally and internationally.
Required profile
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Business Development, Sales or Marketing.
- Prior experience in the gaming or technology industry.
- Background in an in‑house commercial team or a marketing/creative agency.
- Proven ability to manage pipelines and close deals independently.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, fluent in English; Mandarin or Korean is a strong plus.
- Experience handling multi‑market opportunities across APAC.
- Willingness to travel nationally and internationally as needed.
