Business Development Manager – GCC

About the role

The Business Development Manager will open doors and win new clients across the GCC market. You will generate leads, secure access to decision‑makers, land the first projects and then hand the accounts over to an Account Manager for long‑term growth.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively open doors at target accounts and secure meetings with decision‑makers such as brand owners, trade/shopper marketing and procurement teams.
• Build and manage a self‑generated pipeline of new logos across POSM, retail production, agency/studio, design, activation, events and exhibitions.
• Use value‑based selling to create compelling stories, win the first deal and set the account up for sustainable growth.
• Leverage an existing industry network and reputation to activate client relationships from day one.
• Transition won accounts cleanly to an Account Manager and provide market and competitor intelligence to the Commercial Director.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• 3–5 years of Business Development or B2B sales experience.
• Experience in POSM, branding, advertising, retail production or related industries is preferred.
• Existing client network in the relevant sector is a strong advantage.
