Business Development Manager - Holiday Homes

About the role

Propup is a premium holiday homes operator based in Dubai, offering short-term rental properties for property owners. As it expands its portfolio across Dubai, it is looking for a highly driven Business Development Manager to support acquisition growth and close new property management partnerships. This is a performance-focused role for professionals who can source and close deals in Dubai's holiday homes market.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full acquisition cycle from lead generation to signed contracts
• Source new property owners, landlords and brokers across Dubai
• Generate leads through cold outreach, networking, WhatsApp prospecting, referrals and field visits
• Present the company's value proposition professionally and confidently
• Negotiate and close management agreements
• Maintain strong follow-up discipline and pipeline management
• Identify high-potential, revenue-generating properties
• Coordinate with onboarding and operations teams for smooth activations
• Report pipeline and performance regularly to management

Required profile

• Mandatory experience in the Dubai holiday homes / short-term rental industry
• Proven track record in business development
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus
• Existing network of landlords, investors or brokers
• Self-driven, disciplined and target-oriented

Required skills

• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Deep understanding of Dubai real estate market dynamics
• Ability to independently generate and manage leads

• Fixed salary between AED 6,000 and AED 15,000 depending on experience and profile
