Business Development Manager – HR Tech Abu Dhabi

About the role

ArcArc is seeking a driven Business Development Manager to launch its HR Tech event in Abu Dhabi. You will create and grow commercial opportunities, building relationships with senior HR and technology decision‑makers across the Middle East.

Key responsibilities

• Generate revenue by selling exhibition space, sponsorship packages and strategic partnerships.
• Identify, research and target new business opportunities in HR technology, AI, employee experience and workforce solutions.
• Build and manage a robust pipeline of prospective exhibitors, sponsors and partners through outbound sales activities.
• Develop tailored event solutions that align with clients' commercial objectives and deliver strong ROI.
• Accurately forecast sales performance, maintain CRM records and provide market insight to shape the event proposition.

Required profile

• Proven B2B business development experience in exhibition sales, event sponsorship or media sales.
• Track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets and building a pipeline from scratch.
• Experience selling to senior stakeholders and decision‑makers in HR, technology or procurement.
• Highly organised, self‑motivated and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment.

• CRM systems usage for opportunity management and forecasting.
