About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to expand our network of food & beverage brand partners. You will identify high‑potential brands, negotiate commercial agreements, and guide them through a seamless onboarding process to drive long‑term growth.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify and evaluate prospective F&B brands that align with company objectives.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential partners.
  • Initiate contact, present the value proposition, and lead commercial discussions.
  • Negotiate partnership terms and collaborate with legal, finance, and operations to finalize contracts.
  • Coordinate onboarding from contract signing to go‑live, ensuring all documentation and system setups are completed.
  • Conduct training sessions on internal tools or partner portals.
  • Work closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to ensure successful partner launches.
  • Continuously refine acquisition and onboarding strategies.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales.
  • Proven track record of closing deals and managing partnerships.
  • Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic.
