About the role
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to expand our network of food & beverage brand partners. You will identify high‑potential brands, negotiate commercial agreements, and guide them through a seamless onboarding process to drive long‑term growth.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate prospective F&B brands that align with company objectives.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential partners.
- Initiate contact, present the value proposition, and lead commercial discussions.
- Negotiate partnership terms and collaborate with legal, finance, and operations to finalize contracts.
- Coordinate onboarding from contract signing to go‑live, ensuring all documentation and system setups are completed.
- Conduct training sessions on internal tools or partner portals.
- Work closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to ensure successful partner launches.
- Continuously refine acquisition and onboarding strategies.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales.
- Proven track record of closing deals and managing partnerships.
- Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
Required skills
- Experience with CRM tools.
