About the role
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive growth of our construction‑focused software portfolio across the MENA and Levant region. You will work closely with account managers, pre‑sales engineers and technology specialists to create new sales opportunities and deepen existing customer relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Sell the full RIB product portfolio to new and existing clients in the region.
- Develop and execute sales plans, identifying and pursuing opportunities within the construction sector.
- Clearly articulate the value proposition and demonstrate ROI for customers.
- Maintain and expand the customer base, building strong relationships with key accounts.
- Identify and qualify new business prospects, collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.
Required profile
- Valid UAE driving licence.
- 3‑5 years of proven sales experience in a dynamic, target‑oriented environment.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong account‑management and relationship‑building abilities.
- Highly self‑motivated with excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Professional, positive attitude and a collaborative team player.
