About the role
Tech Fortress is seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to join our Dubai office. You will drive new revenue streams by identifying opportunities, building client relationships, and representing our security and managed‑service solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Information Security and SaaS markets.
- Manage the sales pipeline from prospecting to closing.
- Conduct market research to uncover growth areas.
- Negotiate contracts and ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver excellent client experiences.
Required profile
- Proven experience in business development, sales or client relationship management.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field; MBA is a plus.
- Experience in the IT or technology sector is advantageous.
