Business Development Manager

About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Manager to drive strategic partnerships, client acquisition, and ecosystem growth within the Web3 space. The ideal candidate will combine sales expertise with a strong interest in blockchain, cryptocurrency, and emerging Web3 technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities across the Web3 ecosystem.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, investors, partners, exchanges, blockchain projects, and industry stakeholders.
• Generate qualified leads and convert prospects into long‑term partnerships.
• Develop and execute go‑to‑market strategies for regional and global expansion.
• Represent the company at conferences, networking events, and Web3 community gatherings.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to spot trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and leadership teams to drive growth initiatives.
• Prepare business proposals, presentations, and partnership agreements.
• Maintain accurate sales pipelines and business development reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in business development or sales.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding growth targets.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced startup environment.
• Strong networking and relationship‑building abilities.
