Business Development Manager

About the role

VayK is looking for a Business Development Manager to expand its managed property portfolio in Dubai. You will own the end‑to‑end owner acquisition process, from lead generation to signed management agreements, working closely with operations and marketing.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify property owner leads through agents, brokers, investor networks and direct outreach.
• Conduct property assessments and present VayK’s management services to prospective owners.
• Manage the full sales cycle – from first contact, property tours and proposals to signed agreements.
• Maintain a structured pipeline in a CRM system and provide weekly progress reports.
• Collaborate with marketing on owner‑focused campaigns and create content.
• Represent VayK at industry events, property expos and networking sessions.
• Gather market feedback to influence service and pricing strategy.
• Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth onboarding of new owners.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of B2C or B2B sales experience, preferably in Dubai real‑estate, property management or hospitality.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets in a consultative sales environment.
• Strong English communication; additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, French or German are a plus.
• Self‑starter who can generate leads and book meetings without a script.
• Good understanding of Dubai’s property market and short‑term rental landscape.
• UAE driving licence preferred.
