Business Development Manager

About the role

The Business Development Manager will drive growth across multiple sectors by identifying new opportunities and building lasting relationships with key stakeholders. This role requires end‑to‑end management of the sales cycle and close collaboration with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in corporate, industrial, hospitality, healthcare, education, aviation, retail, and government sectors.
• Build and maintain relationships with decision‑makers, procurement, HR, and operations teams.
• Manage the full sales process: prospecting, presentations, proposal preparation, negotiation, and contract closure.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Prepare customized quotations and coordinate with product, pricing, and delivery teams.
• Conduct market research to uncover customer needs, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities.
• Collaborate with design, production, and operations to ensure timely execution of customer requirements.
• Participate in client meetings, product demos, exhibitions, and networking events.
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline, forecasts, and CRM records.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and pursue repeat business and cross‑selling.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Textile Engineering, or a related field.
