Business Development Manager

About the role

ecMarkets is seeking a driven Business Development Manager to lead partner and client acquisition across the UAE and wider MENA markets. You will be the public face of the company in a fast‑moving financial hub, responsible for building a pipeline of Introducing Brokers (IBs), affiliates and retail traders.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, recruit and onboard high‑value Introducing Brokers and affiliates throughout the UAE and MENA region.
• Develop and manage a robust pipeline of retail clients, converting leads into funded trading accounts.
• Design and execute acquisition strategies to drive targeted deposit growth for both IBs and direct customers.
• Maintain long‑term relationships with partners, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
• Represent ecMarkets at industry events and networking forums such as iFX EXPO.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to create localized campaigns and partner incentive programmes.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends, providing actionable insights to leadership.
• Track and report on KPIs including new IBs onboarded, active client accounts, deposit volumes and revenue.
• Work closely with compliance and onboarding teams to ensure a smooth, regulation‑compliant partner experience.

Required profile

• 3–7 years of business development or sales experience within Forex/CFD brokerage or fintech.
• Proven track record of recruiting and managing IB/affiliate networks in the UAE or MENA region.
• Existing network of IBs, money managers or retail clients in the region.
• Strong communication skills and fluency in English.

Required skills

• Familiarity with UAE regulatory frameworks.
• Proficiency with CRM tools.
• Understanding of CFD products.
