About the role

EDGE Group is seeking a Manager – Business Development to drive business growth, develop strategic opportunities and build strong customer relationships across its advanced technology and defence portfolio.

Key responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities across priority markets.
Build and maintain relationships with customers, partners and industry stakeholders.
Lead opportunity qualification, capture planning and customer engagement.
Collaborate with technical and commercial teams to develop competitive solutions and proposals.
Support negotiations, pipeline management and business development reporting.
Identify strategic partnerships and market expansion opportunities.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, Defence or related field.
12+ years of relevant Business Development, Sales or Commercial experience.
Experience in the defence sector and related advanced technology industries.
