Business Development Manager – Legal SaaS Solutions

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to drive new client acquisition for Lexis® Create+, our Legal Document Drafting solution. This pure‑hunting role focuses on expanding our footprint across the GCC region, targeting law firms, corporate legal departments, and government entities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets and increase market presence in the GCC.
• Identify, engage, and build relationships with key decision‑makers in law firms, corporate legal departments, and government bodies.
• Deliver compelling product presentations and demos that showcase the value of our practice‑management solutions.
• Collaborate with marketing to design targeted campaigns that generate qualified leads.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to uncover new opportunities.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular performance reports to senior management.

Required profile

• Proven track record in direct SaaS sales within the GCC region.
• Experience with management or workflow solutions is highly preferred.
• Strong communication skills in English and excellent negotiation and closing abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with AI‑based sales tools such as Lusha, Gong, Gamma, ChatGPT.
• General understanding of large language models (LLMs).
• Proficiency in CRM systems.
• Strong command of MS Office applications.
