Business Development Manager – Loyalty

About the role

Revolut is looking for a Business Development Manager to join its Loyalty team. You will be responsible for identifying, closing and scaling high‑value partnerships that drive customer acquisition, product adoption and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the loyalty and travel partnership strategy across priority markets and verticals.
• Lead negotiations and structure commercial agreements that deliver measurable return on investment.
• Collaborate with Product, Finance, Operations and Design teams to bring deals to market.
• Analyse complex problems, identify root causes and design solutions that unlock step‑change improvements.
• Present proposals to senior stakeholders and prioritize deals based on impact.
• Own the end‑to‑end project lifecycle from go‑live through performance optimisation.
• Manage ongoing relationships with existing partners.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in corporate development, consulting, business development or a high‑growth startup/scale‑up.
• Strong project‑management skills with a proven ability to lead cross‑functional workstreams quickly and with structure.
• Fluent English with exceptional communication, presentation and interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent commercial judgement and a bias for action.
• Ability to thrive in an international, fast‑paced environment.
