Business Development Manager – Premium Wood & Veneer

About the role

Our client, a leading supplier of premium wood, veneer and decorative surface solutions, is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth across architecture, interior design, fit‑out and furniture manufacturing sectors in the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with architects, interior designers, consultants, joinery firms, contractors and furniture manufacturers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision‑makers to influence project specifications and increase sales.
• Promote premium wood and veneer products through technical guidance, product presentations and solution‑based recommendations.
• Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, project tracking, quotations, negotiations, contract closure and ongoing account management.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and emerging opportunities to devise effective business development strategies and maximise market share.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture or a related field.
• 5–8 years of business development or project sales experience within wood, veneer, joinery, interiors, furniture, fit‑out or building‑materials industries.
• Established network of architects, interior designers, consultants, contractors and other project stakeholders in the UAE/GCC market.
