Business Development Manager - PV Inverters

About the role

Delta Electronics, a global leader in switching power supplies and thermal management products, is looking for a Business Development Manager for its PV inverter business in Dubai. The role turns market insight into customer value, leads growth initiatives, designs expansion strategies and builds commercial relationships so that customers can move the energy transition forward.

Key responsibilities

• Create growth: identify and qualify new business opportunities, decide where to focus and build a path from first conversation to commercial result.
• Understand customers: meet prospects and partners, listen to their technical and commercial needs and turn them into credible value propositions.
• Shape options: develop and present tailored business cases, commercial models and proposals.
• Strengthen the go-to-market approach: track market signals, competitor activity and customer feedback and turn them into practical improvements.
• Build trusted relationships across customers, partners and internal teams, with transparent communication and reliable follow-through.
• Show progress using agreed milestones and commercial indicators.

Required profile

• At least 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development with background or familiarity with PV, PCS, BESS or related electrical/energy technologies.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent.
• Full professional proficiency in English and Arabic (mandatory); additional languages are an asset.
• Proactive, ambitious mindset focused on growth targets, analytical and grounded in negotiations, and able to see the big picture.
