Business Development Manager – Real Estate & Vacation Rentals

About the role

Birchfort is a fast‑growing real‑estate and vacation‑rental management company that connects homeowners with travelers. As a Business Development Manager you will expand our portfolio of apartments and villas by attracting new property owners, presenting our value proposition, and securing partnership agreements.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective homeowners to grow the property portfolio in size and diversity.
• Maintain and update a database of key prospects.
• Negotiate and close mutually beneficial agreements while ensuring high homeowner satisfaction.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners, managing contracts and ongoing relationships.
• Monitor market trends, competition, and local regulations to continuously improve our offering.
• Achieve and exceed defined targets and KPIs.

Required profile

• University degree.
• Minimum two years of sales or account‑management experience in hospitality or real‑estate.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently.
• Positive attitude, growth mindset, and openness to coaching.
• Strong customer focus and ability to handle difficult conversations professionally.
