Business Development Manager – Retail Expansion

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead the expansion of an established food & beverage business across the UAE. The role focuses on identifying new locations, negotiating leases, and supporting the company’s growth strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate and secure new locations for business expansion.
• Develop and execute strategic expansion plans aligned with business objectives.
• Build and maintain relationships with landlords, property developers and leasing agents.
• Conduct market research, site assessments and feasibility studies.
• Negotiate commercial leasing terms and support acquisition of existing retail spaces.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of experience in business development, retail expansion or commercial real estate.
• Proven track record securing locations for F&B or multi‑unit retail businesses.
• Strong understanding of the UAE commercial property market.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, real estate, finance, marketing or related field.
• Valid UAE driving licence and access to a car.
