Business Development Manager – UAE & Gulf Region

About the role

IOTA Group is expanding its presence in the Middle East and seeks an ambitious Business Development Manager to drive growth across the UAE and Gulf region. You will build strategic client relationships, open doors with key industrial players, and contribute directly to the expansion of our engineering, recruitment, and project support services.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Energy, Oil & Gas, Power, Infrastructure, Mining and Industrial sectors.
• Develop and manage a portfolio of clients, guiding them from prospecting through contract signing and account development.
• Collaborate with recruitment and operational teams to deliver tailored solutions.
• Represent IOTA Group regionally, strengthening market presence and supporting the overall growth strategy.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in business development, sales, recruitment, staffing or engineering services.
• Proven track record of generating new business and building long‑term client relationships.
• Strong commercial mindset with an entrepreneurial attitude.
• Experience in the UAE or broader Middle East market is a strong advantage.
