Business Development Manager – UAE (Remote)

About the role

RateHawk, a travel‑tech brand of Emerging Travel Group, is looking for a Business Development Manager to drive sales and build strategic partnerships across the United Arab Emirates. The role is remote, with frequent travel to meet partners and attend industry events.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales activities to meet growth targets in the assigned territory.
• Onboard new partners (tour operators, travel agencies, TMCs, OTAs) and deliver comprehensive system training.
• Maintain long‑term relationships with existing partners and provide first‑level account support.
• Prepare, negotiate and manage commercial agreements, including documentation and technical setup.
• Monitor partner compliance with commercial terms and payment flows.
• Spend up to 50 % of time on business trips for client meetings, industry events and networking.
• Conduct market and competitive analysis and report regularly through CRM and internal tools.
• Initiate API integration deals with potential and current partners.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of full‑cycle B2B sales experience in the travel industry.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE travel market and B2B networks.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Based in the UAE, preferably Dubai; a car is required for travel.
• Data‑driven decision‑making with solid analytical skills and comfort using Excel.
• Proactive, results‑oriented, comfortable in a fast‑changing tech environment and able to work across cultures.
• Experience with API technology deals is a plus.
