Business Development & Marketing Representative – Pharma

About the role

Medisal Pharma, a UAE‑based manufacturer of high‑quality injectable medicines, is seeking a Business Development & Marketing Representative to expand its presence across the UAE healthcare market. You will act as the primary liaison with hospitals, clinics, pharmacies and distributors, promoting the company’s IV solutions and injectable product portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, distributors and healthcare groups throughout the UAE.
• Promote Medisal’s range of IV solutions and injectable products to key decision‑makers such as procurement teams, pharmacists and medical directors.
• Support marketing initiatives, product awareness campaigns and brand‑engagement activities.
• Conduct market research, analyse trends and prepare competitive analyses.
• Prepare proposals, product presentations, marketing content and periodic performance reports.
• Coordinate internally with Regulatory, QA, Supply Chain, Production and Sales teams to ensure smooth operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Business, Marketing or a related discipline (preferred).
• Prior experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales within the UAE is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and customer‑engagement abilities.
• Ability to understand pharmaceutical product specifications and regulatory pathways.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
