Business Development Officer – Government Services

About the role

Jet Horizon LLC is a government‑services centre in Dubai that helps individuals and companies navigate visas, residencies, labour contracts and other UAE paperwork. The Business Development Officer will turn this expertise into new corporate partnerships and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new corporate clients, PRO firms and free‑zone companies needing government‑service support.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with partners and referral sources.
• Present and pitch visa, residency, MOHRE and GDRFA services to prospects.
• Monitor changes in Amer, Tasheel, Tawjeeh, ICP and related platforms and adjust the sales approach.
• Negotiate contracts, prepare proposals and follow deals through to signature and beyond.
• Provide market intelligence to improve service offerings.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of hands‑on experience in the UAE government‑services or PRO sector.
• Strong knowledge of Amer, Tasheel, Tawjeeh, ICP, GDRFA and MOHRE processes.
• Excellent English communication; Arabic, Hindi or Urdu are a plus.
• Valid UAE driving licence and willingness to travel for meetings.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools (or ability to learn quickly).
• In‑depth understanding of UAE government service platforms (Amer, Tasheel, Tawjeeh, ICP, GDRFA, MOHRE).
