Business Development Officer – PL Sales & Fulfillment

About the role

The Business Development Officer will drive personal banking sales through lead analysis, conversion, and cross‑selling initiatives. You will act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their requests are processed efficiently and their issues resolved promptly.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze incoming leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
• Update all relevant systems after each customer interaction.
• Process customer requests or offers and follow up with internal departments to avoid delays.
• Handle and resolve customer issues, escalating to the team lead when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of approvals, requests, and reports.
• Meet KPI targets related to revenue, PL sales, and fulfillment.
• Acquire new business through cross‑selling to increase market penetration.
• Manage assigned leads via CRM within agreed turnaround times.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and control requirements.

Required profile

• Diploma or high‑school qualification.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in personal banking, PMU, relationship management, tele‑sales, or services.
• Strong analytical and logical abilities.
• Good market knowledge and understanding of personal banking products.
• Technical proficiency across diverse banking products.
