Business Development Officer – PL Sales

About the role
The Business Development Officer will focus on achieving monthly sales targets through proactive telesales activities. You will develop and implement telesales strategies, ensure service standards, and drive cross‑sell initiatives within the Retail Banking Group.
Key responsibilities
- Analyse incoming leads and convert them into sales.
- Maintain accurate records in all relevant systems after each customer interaction.
- Process customer requests and offers, following up with internal departments to resolve delays.
- Handle customer issues promptly and escalate to the team leader when necessary.
- Monitor performance metrics to ensure productivity and efficiency.
Required profile
- University graduate.
- 1–2 years of experience in a similar sales or marketing environment.
- Strong sales orientation with a customer‑focused mindset.
- Ability to work under pressure, think creatively, and achieve results.
- Good presentation abilities and teamwork skills.
