Business Development Partner

About the role

The Business Development Partner will lead partner relationship management and drive growth for a leading financial services provider. The role combines strategic planning, market expansion and team leadership across the UAE and Pakistan.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute partnership, business development and sales strategies to expand market reach.
• Lead, mentor and manage a team of 5+ members, providing supervision and coaching.
• Conduct market research, organize events and activities, and stay updated on industry developments.
• Handle partner inquiries, collaborate with internal departments, and suggest process improvements.
• Analyse performance data, prepare reports and ensure compliance with legal guidelines.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of business development experience, preferably in financial services.
• Proven team leadership and people‑management skills.
• Excellent English communication; fluency in Urdu is a plus.
• Strong negotiation, influencing and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ability to work autonomously under pressure and travel frequently.
